    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using UrbaHive's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily use UrbaHive for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
    • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in UrbaHive
    • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

    3. User Accounts

    When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the security of your account and password
    • All activities that occur under your account
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe upon the rights of others
    • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
    • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

    5. Payment Terms

    Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UrbaHive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall UrbaHive or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
